Alterations and Additions to Dingman Township Municipal Building
Dingman Township, Pennsylvania
Alterations were made to the existing 1,700 square foot Municipal and a 2,250 square foot addition was added to the existing building in an effort to meet the growing needs of the Township. A new boiler, infloor radiant heating system, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, lighting, power distribution site lighting, plumbing sanitary, water distribution and fire and alarm systems were provided.
MH&E’s responsibilities included coordination with architectural sub-consultant, design of sanitary drainage, water distribution, radiant heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, lighting and power distribution systems and construction management. The cost of construction for this project was $440,000 and the project was completed in April of 2005. MH&E staff involved with this project included Matthew Blake, Kevin VanBuren and Michael Weeks.
