McGoey, Hauser, & Edsall Consulting Engineers provided Design and Construction Administration services for the renovation of the Erie Railroad Passenger Station. This project included complete boiler and heating system replacement, air conditioning and ventilation retrofit, new electrical power distribution systems, new lighting and fire alarm systems, physically challenged accessible bathrooms, new sidewalks and railings, and parking. The design incorporated requirements from the New York State Department of Transportation. Funding for the project was obtained through the ISTEA program. This building is currently being utilized as a Local Museum for the Town and Village of Chester, Orange County, New York.
