Alterations and Additions to Minisink Town Hall

Alterations were made to the existing 2,000 square foot Town Hall and a 4,000 square foot addition was added to the existing building in an effort to meet the growing needs of the Town. A new boiler heating system, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, lighting, power distribution, standby generator, plumbing sanitary, water distribution and fire protection sprinkler systems were all provided. MH&E’s responsibilities included construction management, coordination with architect sub-consultant, design of sanitary drainage, water distribution, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, lighting, power, sprinkler and generator systems. The cost of construction for this project was approximately $970,000 and the project was completed in April of 2004. MH&E staff involved with this project included Matthew Blake, William Hauser and Patrick Hines.
