EXPERTISE

Andrew Warren is a senior architect at MHE. He is also the head of the Architectural division.

His areas of responsibility include:

EXPERIENCE

In 2016 Andy started the Architectural Department at MHE and immediately provided architectural expertise to the private and municipal clients for the firm. The department has grown to include all aspects of Architectural design, planning, project development and construction administration for both public and private projects. Since its inception, the Architectural Department has expanded to include additional professional personnel and technical support staff.

Andy is responsible for architectural design planning and management of building design projects for the firm. Construction administration and observation is also provided by Andy  on building designs for the firm. Building types include, but are not limited to, courthouses and police stations, libraries, office buildings, training centers, fire stations, industrial facilities, catering facilities, municipal buildings and residential projects.

In 2017, Andy provided inspections, plan reviews, and consultations to the Village of Tuxedo Park and their Board of Architectural Review during an extended period of time when the village had no building inspector.

Andy has over 20 years experience as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the SUNY Orange Architecture Department. During that time, he has taught five different courses in the program.
