CONSTRUCTION OBSERVER

McGoey, Hauser and Edsall, C.E., DPC. is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm located in Southern New York and Eastern Pennsylvania. The primary areas of practice include water and wastewater engineering, municipal consultations, construction administration, building engineering, bridge inspection and design, and MEP engineering, both as support to the water and wastewater division, as well as to building engineering. The firm was founded in 1978 and operates two offices in New Windsor, NY and Milford, PA.

MHE has project specific openings for part time experienced Construction Observers to support our various construction projects throughout Orange and Sullivan Counties in New York State. Job responsibilities include construction observation of roadway, infrastructure and utility (water, sewer and stormwater) construction for conformance with approved plans; field measurements and daily report preparation.

Qualifications for this position include 5+ years’ experience in above reference field of work, with N.I.C.E.T Certification in either underground utilities or heavy highway preferred.
