EXPERIENCE
David has over 25 years experience in the field of Construction Inspection, Management and Administration, as well as, a strong background in Environmental (Erosion, Sediment & Storm Water Controls, Phase I and Phase II Environmental work) and Construction Loan Advisory services to various financial institutions.
David joined the firm in 2000 as a seasoned construction inspector/administrator with significant experience in heavy highway and bridge construction through tenures with the NYDOT, as well as, Municipal water, wastewater and environmental projects throughout New York State. He progressed with MHE to become the Manager of Construction and, ultimately, was promoted to the Director of Construction.
David is responsible for management of the construction staff associated with and assigned to municipal capital and Planning Board projects, as well as, private civil/site construction projects. Additionally, David provides general municipal consultation services associated with construction, development, grant applications/funding/administration, environmental (erosion/sediment and MS4 services) and building department support services.
