EXPERTISE
Jamison Zajac joined MHE Engineering, D.P.C. in the Fall of 2015, bringing with him two (2) years experience as a structural and geotechnical engineer. Mr. Zajac is a Senior Engineer/Designer at MHE.
Mr. Zajac’s areas of responsibility include:
- Preparation and review of structural engineering design and analysis calculations,
- Preparation of detailed design plans and specifications,
- Project field engineering and consultation,
- Project/construction management duties as lead project engineer.
Mr. Zajac is the Planning Board Engineer for the Town of Highlands/Village of Highland Falls Consolidated Planning Board.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Zajac performs project and construction management duties as lead project engineer including: project proposals, project budgeting and cost estimates, development of contract bid documents and project specifications, project deliverables/construction schedules, client interaction and representation, project meetings, RFI/Submittal reviews, shop drawing reviews, and general contractor coordination.
Jamison is experienced in the structural design of both new construction and rehabilitation of various types of existing structures, including buildings, bridges, culverts, and wastewater treatment facilities. Structural design tasks include preparation and review of structural engineering design and analysis calculations, preparation of detailed design plans and specifications, overall project coordination, project field engineering and consultation.
